By improving core strength and spinal posture, Pilates can help prevent muscular imbalances and reduce inflammation in the body. Intersegmental Spinal articulation plays a significant role in maintaining spinal stability and preventing lower back pain.

To equip participants with foundational knowledge of Pilates principles for rehabilitation and spinal mobility.
To train participants in core activation, spinal articulation, and hip mobility exercises to support clinical application in physiotherapy practice.
