Allied Health Academy(“we”, “us”) is a continuing-education academy based in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

We only collect personal data you choose to give us. In practice that means:

  • Enquiries and course interest. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, whether you are a learner or a trainer, the course you are interested in, and your message.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve and secure the site.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not run behavioural profiling or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and follow up about courses you’ve asked about.
  • To keep reasonable business records of enquiries and enrolments.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and respond to you. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

  • Our website host and content platform, to serve the site and store enquiry submissions.
  • An email delivery provider, to send us your enquiry so we can reply.
  • An embedded map on our contact page provided by Google, which is subject to Google’s own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and enrolment data only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it. To make a request, email us at contact@aha.sg.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
